What is discrimination? Who discriminates and why? What is the legal framework defining the duties and responsibilies of the various players in the labour market? Which concrete actions can be taken to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to access a decent job opportunity? What practical measures can be taken to value diversity as a social and productive assett? This course attempts to reply to these questions in a practical way, offering the experience the ILO has gained in 90 years of quest for a just and sustainable world of work.
